A vulnerability has been discovered in SSL version 3, which is a secure protocol used between a browser and the server. This vulnerability is being referred to as "POODLE" by the world's security community.
Citizens State Bank of Ouray will be following industry recommended remediation.
Effective October 23rd, all of our Online Banking customers will need to update their Internet Explorer version to at least Internet Explorer version 7 (earlier versions will not be able to log on to the Online Banking Website)
The version on Internet Explorer can be found within the Internet Explorer tools menu by clicking on "ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER"

The Citizens State Bank of Ouray will never ask you to update any personal information through Internet Banking. However, you are required to update your PIN-Password every 90 days; Be sure that your Security Key appears on your login page BEFORE you enter your PIN-Password.
If a pop-up page appears while you are using Internet Banking, DO NOT enter any personal information, even if it appears to look like our site. This may be a "phishing" site.
Phishing: emails claiming to be from a legitimate financial instution asking you to submit personal,
